I've been involved in the health and fitness field for over 16 years and I'm here to help you to feel better and enjoy life pain free. 

I know first hand how it feels to go through the day with aching muscles, stress, or not be able to egage  in your favorite sport due to an injury.  I've learned how to correct some of these issues as well as how to work around them with therapeutic massage and specific exercises.  

I invite you to navigate through my website and check out my services.  I offer personal massage or corporate chair massages to companies that would like to show their employees appreciation by treating them to a 10 or 15 minute chair massage in the workplace.
